I was initially so impressed by Luke's knowledge of what was going on right across the real estate market as well as in relation to my home sale. And i was also very impressed by his negotiating skills which resulted in me achieving 10k above the advertised price, while at the same time he showed himself to be very understanding of the under bidder. LJH Ballina is so fortunate to have a young man of this calibre working there.

Luke puts the seller first in every sense and is always working towards a successful sale. But at the same time, he is obviously sensitive to the nhedds of potential buyers, and although some many be disappointed they couldn't meet the price, i'm sure they will always want to deal with Luke again because of his courtesy and professionalism.
